LANSING CATHOLIC MS: 3.00
The Ionia Volleyball B Team struggled against Lansing Catholic tonight. Ionia lost the first two sets 10-25 and 6-25. During the third set the Bulldogs started to gel and were competitive. The final set went down to the final serve and the Bulldogs came up just short losing 16-17. Leading Ionia with service points was Liz Glaspie and Peyton Batista. Scoring aces from the line were Liz, Peyton, Kaylee Rosloniec and Aaliyuh Swinehart. On a hustle note, Brooke Fellows worked hard and led the Bulldogs defensively. Ionia is 0-2 on the season and will travel to Charlotte on Wednesday. Go Blue!
