PORTLAND MIDDLE SCHOOL : 2
The Girls 7th Grade B Volleyball Team played an exciting match against Portland tonight. Overall, the match was one of the best of the season. The Lady Dawgs were hustling on defense and serving well. The first game went back and forth with some exciting rallies. Ionia ended up losing 26-27, but they gave it their all. Ionia lost the second game 16-25 and started the third game with teamwork and momentum. Ionia fought hard and everyone contributed to a thrilling 17-15 victory. Well done, Ladies. The B Team is now 3-5 for the season and will travel to Charlotte on Monday for their final match of the season. Go Blue!
