CHARLOTTE MIDDLE SCHOOL: 0
The Ionia B Girls Volleyball team played a great match tonight against the visiting Charlotte team. The Lady Dawgs played together and rallied behind strong serving. The sets were all close but Ionia's serves were the difference. Madeline Lemke had 12 service points and 8 aces, Kayla Vanallsburg served up 17 service points and 9 aces. Scoring 2 kills on the evening was Ava Shinaver. Ionia won 25-21, 25-19, 15-10. Well done, Lady Dawgs! The Ionia B Team is 1-2 on the season and travels to Williamston on Monday.
