Girls Cross Country Results From Greater Lansing Invite

Today the girls competed at The Greater Lansing Invite. The race featured 219 athletes from over 40 surrounding Lansing area schools. We only had 3 girls compete in the race and just like the boys, the girls had a very wet and muddy course to deal with. Leading our girls was Emma Lang placing 194th with a time of 27:20, Emma Rio placed 206 giving her a personal best time of 31:22.1, and Angie Reyes placing 210, giving her a season best with a time of 34:18.5!
Our next meet is Thursday October 19th, at St. Francis Retreat Center where we will be competing in our last league jamboree of the season and honoring our seniors after the race!
