The Ionia girls cross country team finished in second place at the final jamboree of the season behind Lansing Catholic.  Lansing Catholic had 22 points, and Ionia had 49 points.  Maddie Hanulcik finished in 3rd place with a time of 20:24. Clara Deeren finished in 5th place with a Season Record (SR) of 20:49. Jordyn Diebel finished in 12th place with a SR of 21:52. Avery Roundtree had a SR of 22:25 to come in 13th place. Kayla King finished in 16th place with a time of 22:51. Tejia Castle ran a SR of 23:50 to come in 25th place, and Breann Wandell ran a 27:27 to come in 37th place. 

The Ionia girls team finished in 2nd place in the league overall. First team all conference earners were: Maddie Hanulcik (3rd place) and Clara Deeren (5th place). Second team all conference earners were: Jordyn Diebel (11th place), Avery Roundtree (13th place), and Kayla King (14th place.)  The next race for the Lady Bulldogs will be on Saturday, October 24th at Spring Lake for the pre-regional race.
