Boys Middle School Cross Country Races in Holt

The IMS boys raced in Holt tonight, running against some very competitive teams. Williamston came in 1st place with 22 points, followed by Holt with 49, Lakewood with 86 and Ionia just behind at 87.
Although the heat was working against the Bulldogs, it didn't stop Karim Vazquez (35) 16:45, Jaxson Wittenbach (41) 17:16 and Bentley Decker (48) 18:19 from setting some incredible PR's. Aaron Lepley finished in 9th place at 13:52, with Orion Nervig following right behind in 10th at 13:57. Taiytum McCarty finished in 39th (16:57) and Wyatt Johnson in 42nd (17:18).
The Bulldogs' next race in Monday, September 23rd at Home. Come on out and cheer the team on!
