J.W. SEXTON HIGH SCHOOL: 71
The Ionia Boys JV basketball team was defeated by a score of 71-46 on Thursday night vs Lansing Sexton. It was an up and down game and we hung tight for most of the game but a big fourth quarter surge by Lansing Sexton sealed the game for them
Wolton Sandborn led the way with 14 points and some very solid defense, while Mason Braman chipped in with 10 points.
Ionia will play a triple header at Lansing Catholic next Tuesday. Jv tip off at 5:30
