Ionia boys jv basketball team defeated Haslett by a score of 46-31 on Tuesday night.
We got out to an early lead in the first quarter and held strong the rest of the way. We put together a balanced attack with 11 guys scoring. Dawson Leland led the scoring with 10. Riley Yokom made some big plays throughout the game and played well on the defensive end. Carter Ralston helped get the run late in the first starter and was excellent distributing the ball tonight.
Ionia jv improves to 2-1 and will travel to Eaton Rapids Thursday night for a 7 pm jv tip-off
