The Ionia jv boys basketball team was defeated by Greenville by a score of 56-55 on Tuesday night.

It was a high intensity and very physical game. Both teams played well and the game came down to a couple plays at the end of the game. Carter Starks had a huge game with 15 points and 14 rebounds. Colt Piercefield was the leading scorer with 26 points. Braylon Granger was the defensive leader once again, with 5 steals.

The Ionia boys jv stand at 19-2 on the season. We will take on Dewitt on Thursday with a 5:30 jv tip-off for our final game of the season.
