Relentless Defense Continues for JV Squad

The Ionia jv boys basketball team defeated Eaton Rapids by a score of 53-37. Our defense was really solid all night long, and we held them to 15 points in first half.

Carter Starks was the leading scorer with 18 points. Brent Starks had a nice game with 9 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Braylon Granger had another solid game defensively and continues to be a leader on that end.

The Ionia boys jv improve to 14-0 on the season and 7-0 in the conference. We will travel to Lansing Eastern for a 5:30 jv tip-off.
