The Ionia jv boys basketball team improves to 6-0, beating Hastings by a score of 65-26.

Brent Starks continued his hot streak, scoring 24 points tonight, 12 of them in the first quarter. Wolton Sandborn scored 11 points and was big on the defensive end. Caleb Shortz had his best game of the season, scoring 7 points and playing tough.

The Ionia boys jv improves to 6-0, and stand at 2-0 in the conference. We will take on rival Portland on Thursday with a 7 pm tip-off.
