Ionia Boys JV Opens Season With Big Win

The Ionia boys jv basketball team won big in their season opener by a score of 58-26. The boys were great on the defensive end, holding them to just 12 points in the first half.

We hang out hat on the defensive end, and have a very balanced offensive attack. Tonight we were led by Freshmen Colt Piercefield with 11 points, Braylon Granger with 10 points, and Carter Starks with a near double double; 9 points and 9 rebounds.

Ionia JV will travel to Lansing Catholic on Thursday, 7:00 tip off.
