Ionia JV defeated Hastings 31-18

The Dawgs played a solid defensive game tonight holding Hastings to only 6 first half points. The Dawgs shut out Hastings in the 3rd quarter and only gave up 18 total for the game.

Lane Thomas led the Dawgs with 11, Tanner Gregory 6, Jimmy Peabody, Clay Currigan and Kullen Granger with 4 points and Harrison Yenchar with 2.

Ionia moves to 5-1 on the season and will host Lansing Sexton Thursday at 7:00.
