The Ionia boys bowling bounced back after their first loss of the season to beat the Lansing United team 27-3 on their home lanes at the Ionia Bowling Alley.

In team match #1 Ionia totaled 917 pins to Lansing’s 745 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Brett Petersen’s 234 followed by TJ Cox’s 224.  In match #2 Ionia totaled 899 pins to Lansing’s 676 pins, the Bulldogs were again led by Brett Petersen’s 237 followed by Mason Hodge’s 187.  The Bulldog’s won the series 1816 to 1421.

In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs outscored Lansing United 362 to 288.

The JV team continued their winning ways against Lansing United winning 18-12.  Top scores on the night included Seth Wandel with a 165, Riley McClintock with a 144, and Vincent Flohr with a 122.

The varsity boys are now 5-1 overall and 4-1 in the league.  They will travel to the Wagon Wheel on Friday to take on the Raiders from Portland.
