GRAND LEDGE HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Ionia boys bowling team traveled to Char-Lanes to take on the Comets of Grand Ledge and came away with a 28-2 win.
In team match #1 Ionia totaled 701 pins to Grand Ledge’s 665 pins, the Bulldogs were led by TJ Cox’s 182 followed by Gavin Flanner’s 144. In match #2 Ionia totaled 829 pins to Grand Ledge’s 670 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Sam Meyer’s 186 followed by Brett Petersen’s 170. The Bulldog’s won the series 1530 to 1335.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs outscored the Comets 332-271.
