The Ionia boys bowling team fell to the Comets of Grand Ledge 19.5 to 10.5 tonight at the Ionia Bowling Alley.
In team match #1 Ionia totaled 679 pins to Grand Ledge’s 765 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Brett Peterson’s 161 and Gavin Flanner’s 147. In match #2 Ionia totaled 728 pins to Grand Ledge’s 703 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Tanner Gregory’s 175, Gavin Flanner’s 157, and TJ Cox’s 153. Grand Ledge took the series 1468 to 1407.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs topped the Comet’s 257-249.
