The Ionia Middle School girl’s cross-country team ran against Charlotte and Waverly at Country Mill Orchard and Cider Mill. The team took 1^st scoring 21 point and Waverly scoring 38. Fiona Sizemore ran an outstanding race coming in 1^st (13:17.91) with a new PR. Jovie Overkamp wasn’t far behind coming in 3^rd (14:02.78 PR), Winnie Udell (4^th) 14:22.38, Aubrey Perez (6^th) 15:25.41, MacAnna Esparza (7^th)15:50.17, Evelyn Kleibusch (10^th) 17:36.69, Reegan Haynes (11^th) 17:51.06, Sophia Brown (12^th) 17:88.81, Vesper Nervig (13^th) 17:59.75, Lydia French (15^th) 18:00.84, Charlotte Whitney (18:01.56), Emma Bledson (16^th) 19:24.78, Arleigha Bailiff (17^th) 21:37.31, Mikayla David (21th) 25:57.66.
