Congratulations to the cross country teams on a successful night at the Parkside Invitational in Jackson yesterday!  The Parkside Invitational runs differently than most other invites, as athletes only compete against other athletes in the same grade.  In order to earn a medal, an athlete had to finish in the top 20 of their race.  We had 8 girls representing Ionia and ALL 8 girls earned a medal for the Bulldogs!  Nice work, ladies!  Below are the times and places for each runner:

6th Grade: Fionia Sizemore (9th place - 15:37.91) and Khloe Mathis (14th place - 16:22.63).

7th Grade: Emma Lange (9th place - 17:27-07) and Keagan Thomas (18:42.21)

8th Grade: Kennedy Batista (14th place - 16:20.84), Amelia McGee (15th place - 16:21.96), Camryn Robinson (16th place - 16:26.79) and Alexa Barna (17th place - 16:28.57). 

The next competition for the Bulldogs will be on Monday, October 4th in St. Johns.
