IMS XC Competes at Blackhawk Invitational

The IMS girls cross country team traveled to Leslie on Wednesday, September 15 to compete in the Blackhawk Invitational. DeWitt won the contest with 32 points, followed by Adrian (58), Leslie (67), Napoleon (110), Stockbridge (135), Olivet (159) and Ionia (173).

Runners finishing in the top 30 received a medal. Congratulations to Carleigh Thompson for finishing in 14th place and setting a new PR: 17:07.50. Other performances to highlight included Emma Lange (20:26.90), Gabby Nava (23:13.03), and Teagan Frisbie (27:49.94).

The Bulldgos will travel to Holt next Monday, September 20th. Girls run at 5:00 and boys will run at 5:30.
