The IMS Cross Country teams hosted the season opener on Thursday, September 9, facing off against DeWitt, Portland, and Charlotte.   The girl's finished the contest in 4th place with a score of 105.  Leading the event was DeWitt with 17 points, followed by Charlotte with 60, and Portland with 66.  

Earning points for the Bulldogs included: Carleigh Thompson (7th place 15:35.1), Kennedy Batista (34th place 17:56), Alexa Barna (44th place 18:34), Amelia McGee (46th place 18:37), and Camryn Robinson (52nd place 19:08).  Other strong finishers for the Bulldogs were Fiona Sizemore (19:27.09), Emma Lange (19:40), Addy Lepien (20:43), Evelyn Kleibusch (21:43.09), Gaby Nava (24:21.09), Victoria Main (24:32), Keagan Thomas (25:08.09), Evelyn McGinnis (27:43,09), and Teagan Frisbie (28:01). 

The Bulldogs will travel to Fowlerville on Monday, September 13th.  Girls will race at 5:00 pm.
