WILLIAMSTON HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Ionia 7th Grade A Volleyball Team started out the match against Williamston serving strong. The Lady Dawgs dominated the first set with their serves and great serve receive. Ionia was led by Grace Droste, 6 service points, Tessa Lemke 4, and Katie Leonard 5. Ionia won 21-5. The second and third sets had several good rallies and Ionia's offensive of bump, set, spike really started to come together. The ladies played great and really started to come together as a team. The Lady Dawgs won sets two and three 21-13, 15-8. Ionia is 2-2 for the season and play Home on Wednesday against the Portland Raiders.
