DEWITT HIGH SCHOOL: 128.00
Ionia hosted DeWitt tonight for their next dual meet, losing 56-128. There were several exciting races as girls drove hard to the finish. HIghlights for the meet included Madeline McGee taking the only first place of the night in the 100 yard backstroke along with a second place in the 50 yard freestyle. Jenna Gould took second in the 200 yard freestyle and 100 yard breaststroke. Calah Holman took second in the 200 yard individual medley. Sydney Estep took second in the 500 yard freestyle, dropping just over 30 seconds. There were 24 other personal best times. Kayla Hagen dropped almost 20 seconds in the 100 yard freestyle.
Ionia will host Grand Ledge on Tuesday, October 27 for Senior Night, honoring Jenna Gould.
