The JV football team faced a tough loss at home against a strong Olivet squad, falling 14-34. Offensively, Ethan Wenzel led the charge with 113 rushing yards and 38 passing yards, while Vinney Crippen added 65 rushing yards and scored both of the Bulldogs' touchdowns. Defensively, Teddy Sprank contributed with an interception.

Ionia now holds a 1-3 record for the season and will head to Charlotte for their next game on Thursday.
