Ionia JV Football Wins at Home vs. Eaton Rapids

The Junior Varsity football team earned their first win of the season with a 36-20 final at home against Eaton Rapids. Ethan Wenzel led the offensive attack with 107 yards rushing, 39 yards passing and 3 touchdowns. Jaydyn Dornbos added 110 yards on the ground and 2 touchdowns.

The Bulldog defense played an outstanding overall game holding Eaton Rapids to 5 first downs.

Ionia is 1-1 on the season and will travel to Portland Thursday September 12th.
