Ionia's defense played an outstanding game earning a shutout at home. The Bulldogs were up 32-0 at half on their way to a 40-0 win. Scoring two touchdowns each were Tristan Ciganick and Travier Tucker while Brent Starks added one touchdown. On defense Jaxson Palmer had an interception while Tristan Ciganick and Kellan Ferguson each recovered a fumble.

Ionia is 1-1 on the season and travels to Lansing Sexton on next Thursday.
