The Bulldogs traveled to Williamston with a strong showing in the pool.  High point winner, Carl Goeckel placed first in both the 200 yard individual medley and the 100 yard butterfly; he was also a member of the second place 200 yard medley relay team of Nick Richey, Christian Martinez, Goeckel and Estin Lyons.  Carl's 200 yard freestyle relay team with the same four members also placed second.  Estin Lyons placed first in the 50 yard freestyle and second in the 100 yard freestyle. Christian Martinez placed 4th in the 200 yad freestyle with a personal best time of 2:38.98 and second in the 100 yard breast stroke with another PR time of 1:24.84.

Nick Richey placed third in the 200 yard inidividual medley and 100 yard backstroke events.  Brendin Bushee placed third in the 200 yard freestyle with a personal best time of 2:35.27; he also had a personal best time of 6:52.16 in the 500 yard freestyle event placing third.  Brendin was a member of the 200 yard freestyle relay team of Elijah Peterson, Chris Brown, Yadiel Villados, and Bushee.

Chris Brown swam to a personal best time of 7:14.06 in the 500 yard freestyle and in the 100 yard breast stroke event with a time of 1:35.58.  Gabe Holman swam to a personal record time of 1:19.11 in the 100 yard freestyle event; he placed fourth in the 100 yard backstroke.  Elijah Peterson also swam a personal best in the 50 yard freestyle event with a time of 31.34 placing third; he also swam the 100 yard butterfly.  Yadiel Villados swam the 50 yard and 100 yard freestyle events.  Jordon Masters swam to a personal best time in the 50 yard backstroke with a time of 1:04.00. "Tonight's meet was close for us.  The swimmers had great swims and many personal bests!  We are taking bigger strides toward leagues".  The team's record is 0-6 in the CAAC conference.

The Swimming Bulldogs travel to the DeWitt Invitational on Saturday, February 4.  Their next dual meet will be home hosting Waverly for our Senior/Parent night at 6pm.
