The Ionia Bulldog Swim Team came away with a 95-66 win over Waverly this evening! Despite heavy duty practices in preparation for the League meet, we still had swimmers hitting best times! Ionia took first place in the Medley Relay, 200 Individual Medley (Carl Goeckel), 200 Freestyle Relay, 100 Breaststroke (Xander Lange), and 100 Breaststroke (Kenny Felice). After many close meets this season this was a hard earned morale boosting win!
Next meet is our Purple Meet and Senior night Feb. 17 at home against Grand Rapids Union. Splashdown 6 PM!
