Details: It’s never easy for tiny teams to swim against much larger ones, but 6 Swimmers from Ionia took 44 points from Charlotte’s 29.. Top places of the night went to Kenny Felice taking 1st in the Individual Medley, & 100 Breaststroke. JJ Harris the one & only diver of the evening scored 110.35 diving points; a new PR for him and placed 2nd in the 100 Butterfly. Joel Cairns took 3rd in the 200 Freestyle & 2nd in the 500 Freestyle. Xander Lange took 3rd in the 50 Freestyle & 100 Backstroke.
We had a sweet end to a tough night as the very gracious Charlotte team shared their Senior Night celebratory cupcakes with everyone.
