The Ionia Varsity wrestling team went 0-2 tonight with a close loss to Olivet losing 42-36. Then a loss to a tough Dewitt team 61-18. Although we did not have the results we were hoping for, we had some good wrestling. We were also able to do our Senior Night and shine some light on our seniors. Ionia has 4 seniors on the team this year Logan Rozewski 120lbs, Levi Schied 132 lbs Carter Castillo 138lbs and Hunter Barker 150 lbs Thank you seniors for all your hard work and leadership.

Wrestlers going 2-0 on the night were Chad Campbell, Aaron Wolthuis, and Sarah Schafer. Sadie Roberts went 1-0 on the night. Wrestlers going 1-1 tonight were Ricky Charon, Logan Rozewski, Jackson Stoakes, Levi Scheid, Bryce Hoppes, Hunter Barker and Drake Wittenbach. We are now 9-11 on the season. Your bulldogs will be back on the mat this Saturday we travel to Reed City to compete in a big individual tournament
