EATON RAPIDS MIDDLE SCHOOL: 33
On Monday, December 2nd Ionia hosted the Greyhounds of Eaton Rapids and got their first win in shortened game. Due to an unfortunate incident late in the 3rd quarter the contest was called with10 seconds left third quarter and Ionia leading by the score of 34-33.
Jacob Roman had 11 points (including 3 three pointers). Neithan Cruz-Pagan scored 6 points. Roemon Russell had 4 while Austin Henry & Colter White added 3 each. Graham Lower, Hudson Hawley & Lorenzo Lopez scored 2 each and Karson Crosby rounded out the scoring with 1. Rebounding leaders were Cruz-Pagan with 8, Lopez with 7 and Russell with 5. Lower and Cruz-Pagan each had 2 assists! The Bulldogs played very hard and even reversed their 2nd quarter woes by outscoring ER 17-6.
The next game for the Bulldogs is Wednesday, December 4th in St.Johns versus the Redwings!
