The Ionia A Volleyball Team took on Charlotte last night in a back and forth battle. The first two sets were tough. Ionia served well and started to gel as a team with some solid team work. The Lady Dawgs started to get on a roll at the beginning of the second set as they controlled the ball and set it up to attack numerous times. However, Charlotte's serve proved to be a bit better as Ionia lost 19-25, 23-25 and 3-15. Ionia drops to 1-2 on the season and will play at home on Wednesday.
