CHARLOTTE MIDDLE SCHOOL: 2
The Ionia Bulldogs 8th Grade Volleyball team took on Charlotte tonight at home. The Lady Dawgs started off strong in the first set as Danica White served 3 aces and 3 service points. Bela Delgado followed suit with 6 aces and an additional service point. Strong serves and aggressive play at the net led the Bulldogs to a 25-21 victory in the first set. Charlotte came back hungry and had strong servers in the second and third sets. The Bulldogs fought hard, but despite their efforts, The Dawgs could not overcome the Orioles and fell short in the second set losing 15-25 and 3-15 in the third.
The 8th Grade B Team Bulldogs are 4-5 on the season so far. Please join us for our next match this Wednesday as we travel to Mason. Go Bulldogs!
