Wow. Proud of these players. This game tonight was going to be a tough one and we knew it. With four of our varsity players out of the lineup, we were going to have to play a very good game and it was time to prove our GRIT.

After the first 5-10 minutes of the match, we settled in and got to work figuring out how to unlock their team's defense while employing our own "bend but don't break" defense. It was a great game to watch and all of the guys were switched on for the whole game.

Goalkeeper Kyle Jones had the best game of his high school career making 7 outstanding saves for the shutout. Devon Reyes played providor for Zane Sarka in both halves with assists that enabled Sarka to drive thru the defense for both goals.
