Today's match took us to Ovid-Elsie for a noon kick-off. The guys had a pretty good warm-up. They appeared to be in good spirits and ready to play some footie.
  
Right on the first whistle Ionia signaled their intent with some excellent ball possession and Build-up of play. Due to our early pressure we got on the score sheet pretty quickly and never looked back. Every player had some notable contributions in this game, too many to mention. But a couple highlights include our defense securing the back but also sharing in the attack to help maintain our offensive pressure. to help preserve the shut out. Our passing throughout the game is what really allowed us to stay on the attack while keeping their attack silent. It was a pretty complete game that the players can be really proud of.
