Lakewood came to town today and left with bragging rights following their victory over Ionia with a score of 5-2.
It was a game which saw Lakewood play with a hunger and determination that Ionia failed to match. Ionia showed in pockets what we are capable of, but we struggled to find that consistency to see us through the entire match. Still early in the season with plenty of games to play.
