The Ionia boys bowling lost a close match 16-14 to the Orioles of Charlotte on their home lanes of the Ionia Bowling Alley.

In team match #1 Ionia totaled 775 pins to Charlotte’s 763 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Trevor Hodges’ 187 followed by Ryan Perry’s 160.  In match #2 Ionia totaled 766 pins to Charlotte’s 929 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Christian Miller’s 193 followed by Trevor Hodges’ 179.  The Bulldog’s lost the series 1692 to 1541.

In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs were outscored by the Orioles team 336 to 322.

The JV boys team lost 23-7 to Charlotte.  The Bulldogs were led by Robert Bringham’s 159 and Logan Miller’s 128 in match #1.  Wyatt Ane’s 135 and Logan Miller’s 108 led Ionia in match #2.

The varsity boys are 3-9-1 overall and 3-8-1 in the league.  The boys will travel to Royal Scot for the CAAC Individual Tournament on Sunday.
