The Ionia boys bowling team finished in a 15-15 tie against the Vikings of Lakewood on their home lanes at The Bowling Alley today!

In team match #1 Ionia totaled 795 pins to Lakewood's 849 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Christian Miller’s 190 followed by Miles Perrin’s 162.  In match #2 Ionia totaled 827 pins to Lakewoodd’s 788  pins, the Bulldogs were again led by Christian Miller’s 194 followed by Jered Soblesky’s 187.  The Bulldog’s lost the series 1622 to 1637.

In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs outscored the Vikings team 301 to 290.

The JV boys team out rolled Lakewood 20 to 10.  The Bulldogs were led by Robert Brigham’s 188 and Dalles Bailiff’s 139 in match #1 and Roelynd Russell’s 148 and Robert Brigham’s 131 in match #2. 

The varsity boys are 1-3-1 overall and 1-2-1 in the league.  The Bulldogs will be back in action on Tuesday vs the Eagles of Olivet at the Ionia Bowling Alley.
