The Ionia boys bowling team won their 5th straight match as they defeated the Vikings of Lakewood 26-4 at the Ionia Bowling Alley.

In team match #1 Ionia totaled 932 pins to Lakewood’s 773 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Trevor Hodges’ 267, Myles Perriens 201 and Vincent Flohr’s 200.  In match #2 Ionia totaled 903 pins to Lakewood’s 804 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Vincent Flohr’s 216 followed by Ryan Perry’s 201.  The Bulldog’s won the series 1835 to 1577.

In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs outscored the Vikings team 403 to 261.

In the JV match the Bulldogs fell 22-8 to the to the Vikings of Lakewood.  The JV was led by Logan Miller’s 1158, Caiden Miller’s 157, and Steven Flohr’s 144.

The varsity boys improved to 8-1 overall and 8-1 in the league.  The boys will be back in action next on Monday as they take on Lansing Eastern.
