Tonight the Ionia B Team travelled to Portland and lost a close game 30-24.  The Bulldogs started off slow and found themselves trailing 5-13 going into halftime.  In the second half, they were able to make a run and cut the lead to 1.  Portland was able to hold them off late and ultimately came away with the win.  Leading scorers were Elijah Goins with 6 points, and Charlie Frost and Trevor Hodges both had 4.  The Bulldogs are now 2-1 on the season.  Their next game is Wednesday, February 24 at DeWitt.
