Ionia traveled to Mason for their second road game of the season. Mason led 14-9 in the first quarter and built on that in the second. At half Mason was up 32-20. The goal at halftime was not to start slow. That's exactly what happened and the Bulldogs were only able to score 2 points. In the fourth, they continued to play hard with some nice offensive output by Kadyn Ross. The Bulldogs scored 20 points in the fourth but it wasn't enough. Final score Mason 57 and Ionia 43. Leading scorers were Kadyn Ross with 11 points, Ethan Wenzel with 9 points, Jude Gilmore with 7, J.J. Christensen with 5, Teddy Sprank with 4, Daniel Gilmore with 3, Cash Hummel with 2, and Evan Jones with 2. The team is now 1-3. Their next game is Monday, November 21 at Portland.
