The JV Volleyball team came out slow against Alma tonight.  The girls struggled in the first set and lost 23-25.  They again started slow in the second set, but was able to pick up the play and won the second set 25-19. The third set was back and forth but the girls pulled together to take the win 15-12.

The team was led at the net by Marley Piselli and Ariana Frias with five kills each.  Danica White added four kills. Isabella Gallagher put up nine assists.  Amelia Griffith had two blocks and Gallagher had one. Piselli led the team at the service line with seven points and three aces. White and Gallagher both served up six points, while Kaya Clark added five points.  Avery Hoppough led the team defensively with twenty digs and Piselli and White had ten each.

The team is now 15-5-3 on the season and still 3-1 in conference play.  The Bulldogs will be back in action on Tuesday, October 15th at 5:00pm when they travel to Eaton Rapids to take on the Greyhounds.
