GREENVILLE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 2.00
The JV Volleyball team lost a tough match up to Greenville tonight losing in three sets 20-25, 26-24, 11-15. The girls showed some good resilience despite some illness and line up changes.
The team was lead at the net by Amelia Griffith with 9 kills and Ariana Frias added 4 kills. The offense was led by Isabella Gallagher with 8 assists and Emma Hoppough with 3 assists. Marley Piselli and Griffith led the team at the service line with 5 service points each and Gallagher added 4 service points. Avery Hoppough led the team defensively with 15 digs and Frias chipped in 5 digs.
The girls will be back in action on Tuesday, September 24 at 5:00pm when they face off against Lansing Sexton at home. The team is still 2-0 in the conference and 12-4-3 overall.
