The JV Volleyball Team traveled to Cedar Springs to play against Cedar Springs and Shelby. The team came out strong against Shelby and then lost their momentum dropping the match in three sets, 25-11, 25-27, 11-15. In the second match of the night they played strong throughout beating Shelby 25-10 and 25-14.
Leading the Bulldogs at the service line were Katie Leonard, Bailey Hewett and Paislie Patterson. Tessa Lemke led the team with 12 kills, while Amelia Griffith added 10 and Josie Lee had 7. Kylie Leonard had 16 assists and Addie Bowne added 9. Paislie Patterson led the team defensively with 26 digs.
The team will be back in action on Tuesday, October 17 at 5:00 pm when they host Eaton Rapids.
The team is 20-4-4 .
