LANSING CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Ionia JV Bulldogs took on Lansing Catholic tonight for their final home match of the season. Ionia was eager to play hard and give it their all as they knew it would be an exciting game. Kathryn Brown, McKenna Bussell, and Emma White all had a nice kill. Lilly Reams had 3 great assists and Addyson Roundtree had 3 nice digs. The Bulldogs were aggressive and loud and took the first set 25-22.
Ionia was ready for the second set and quickly gained service possession. Alexias Daugherty had an ace as well as Molly Waterman and Lilly Reams. Emma White had two aces. Mimose Sandborn had an excellent kill. Everyone had great communication and fast feet. The Bulldogs did not give up and they showed GRIT and determination taking the second and final set 25-13.
