The Ionia JV Bulldogs took on the Orioles from Charlotte tonight at home in what was bound to be an exciting battle.  After a tough loss at home previously this season, the Lady Dawgs were eager to land a victory on their own court. After quickly recovering serve possession, Alexias Daugherty put up a strong rally of 6 points. That same momentum carried throughout the set as Lilly Reams followed suit a few rotations later with an 8 point rally, pushing the Bulldogs to the finish, 25-6. 

Ready to keep the same drive in set two, Ionia led a second time with a 6 point service rally by Alexias Daugherty.  The Bulldogs were having fun and playing well as a team. They had great communication and were confident in their play. They Lady Dawgs won a second time 25-6. It was a great night for Ionia Volleyball!
