The Ionia JV Bulldogs took on the Greyhounds from Eaton Rapids tonight on the road. The first set was an exciting back and forth battle between the teams. Ionia started off strong, but lost energy and made a few errors in coverage on defense. The Bulldogs fell short 24-26.
Ready to come back with the win in game two, the Lady Dawgs set the ball well and hustled on the court. Their efforts were not quite enough to pull off the win and Ionia fell short losing to Eaton Rapids 16-25.
