Ionia JV Volleyball Falls Short Against Portland in Three
19-25, 25-18, 14-16
The Bulldogs traveled to Portland tonight in hopes for a second victory over the Raiders. A few miscommunications and defensive errors led to a game one loss by six points. The Dawgs were quick to regroup, ready to take the next two sets. Quick plays and strong serves led us to a game two victory over Portland, with the score ending at 25-18. The third set was a nail-biter, but in the end, the Dawgs couldn't pull off the win and the Raiders took the match, 14-16.
