Ionia boys jv basketball team defeated Eaton Rapids by a score of 55-37 on Thursday night.
Ionia got off to a fast start by hitting 5 three pointers in the first quarter. Mason Braman would hit the first two and would finish the game with 17 points on 5 three pointers. Carter Ralston would add one in the first and one more in the second on his way to 8 points to go with 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Adam Kramer and Nolan Hart would also score three pointers in the first quarter to add to the fast start. Caiden Sayers would make a run of his own in the second half to total 7 points to go with 5 rebounds of his own.
Ionia jv improves to 10-4 and will take on Godfree-Lee Tuesday night for a 5:30 pm jv tip-off in Ionia
