Ionia boys jv basketball team defeated Lakewood by a score of 65-36 on Thursday night.
We got out to an early lead in the first quarter and held strong the rest of the way. We put together a balanced attack with 12 guys scoring. Nolan Hart led the scoring with 13 points, while Dawson Leland chipped in 10. Adam Kramer scored two three pointers in the 4th quarter and Mason Braman took his first charge of the season.
Ionia jv improves to 8-4 and will travel to Mason on Monday night for a 5:30 pm jv tip-off
