The Bulldogs had some struggles offensively tonight, but strong serves(21 Aces) carried us through the match for a sweep in the first District Match.  In the 1st set, the Bulldogs were tied with Ovid-Elsie at 16  when Jessa Swinehart served 11 points in a row, 4 of them aces, for the win. 25-16.  In the 2nd set Swinehart scored another 3 aces, with Danika Fyan chipping in two herself and Michaela Castle scoring the last 3 points for the win 25-17.  In the 3rd set, Nat Schafer ended the game with 4 aces- 25-10.

The Bulldogs travel back to Belding Wednesday to play Alma in the second round of Districts.
